PERSONAL INSIGHT
What is a quote or phrase you live by?
"Be, Let Be". I have this tattooed on me because I love having the reminder to just be, be present and in the moment as much as possible and to also remind me to ‘let be’ meaning; letting go of expectations or so much control and reminding me to surrender and go with the flow of life.
What makes you happy?
The sunrise and sunsets are my favorite simplicity. Every time I see them, I am so immersed and it feels like the first time seeing them, every single time.
What makes you feel grounded?
The beach, the ocean, and nature.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?
Be at the beach at least once per day, as well as breathwork and journalling.
What is your favorite place in Coffs Harbour?
I can’t choose! But I spend lots of time at all our beautiful headlands and local beaches daily! I love Coffs Harbour!
