About

I am a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about providing holistic and integrated care, working to support you to reach your wellbeing, mental health and/or other personal, work, or life goals.

I highly value enabling a space that meets you where you are at, and that feels both psychologically and culturally safe. I work in a collaborative and inclusive way, to help better understand your unique strengths and challenges, and what brings you meaning, resilience, coping, capacity, and growth.

A key part of my approach is also being mindful of the broader context surrounding an individual, including what supports, protects and nourishes you (be that family, friends, community, workplace, culture, spiritual community, or collective identity).

I have over twenty years’ experience in counselling, psychosocial support, training and workplace wellbeing support in the context of the international humanitarian and development sector. Through this I have particularly supported students, staff, managers and leaders in contexts such as health, education, development, conflict and disasters.

I am registered to provide individual support through Medicare. I am also available for Workplace Wellbeing services including EAP, staff support, management supervision, or WorkCover eligible support.
